- Backed by Prefequity LLP, a mid-tier private equity house with a proven track record of investing in companies with international growth strategies
- MBO completed in June 2021
- New Board formed in Q2 including industry veteran NEDs
- Policies previously underwritten by Antillean Life, based in Grenada, Caribbean
- European capacity secured for 2022 - Mutuelle Generale de L’Education Nationale (MGEN)
